2. Personal data collected
We process personal data exclusively within the scope of our website forms:
Order form: Name, email, company name, address
Inquiry form: Company name, first/last name, email, address, postal code, city, country, telephone, VAT number, product details, uploaded files (machine photos)
Contact form: Name, email, subject, message
3. Purpose and legal basis
Processing is carried out for the purpose of handling your inquiries and orders (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures). Contact inquiries are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Cookies
Technically necessary cookies: We use session cookies to manage the shopping cart. These are required for the operation of the website and are deleted at the end of the browser session. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Optional cookies: Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _gid) are only set with your express consent (see section 5). You can revoke your consent at any time via the cookie banner or the link in the footer.
5. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to analyse website usage. Activation only takes place after your consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
IP anonymisation is enabled – your IP address is truncated before transmission. Google may also process data in the USA. The basis for third-country transfers are the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention period
Form data is stored for the duration of the business relationship and beyond in accordance with statutory retention obligations (in particular 7 years pursuant to the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code/BAO). Afterwards, data is deleted.
7. Recipients
Your data will not be shared with third parties, except with Google Ireland Limited in the context of Google Analytics (only with consent) and, where applicable, with our email provider for the delivery of confirmation emails.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Consent given may be revoked at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to revocation.
